STIL V OIL STRIP visual test strips allow for easy evaluation of frying oil quality by measuring the level of free fatty acids. Compliant with Decree No. 2008-184 of February 26, 2008, they ensure that food service professionals meet current hygiene standards.
Usage is simple: the test is performed on cold oil in under two minutes (see instructions). These strips provide accurate monitoring of oil condition, ensuring high-quality frying that is healthier.
