Digital thermometer with stainless steel probe

Suitable for both consumers and professionals, this digital thermometer with stainless steel probe measures the core temperature of food and monitors the cold chain. Its wide measuring range, from -50 to +300 °C, is particularly suitable for cooking meat, preparing chocolate, caramel and jam, as well as for temperature checks upon receipt or during HACCP processes.
Compact and lightweight, it features a 105 mm stainless steel penetration probe and a protective sheath with clip for convenient storage and transport. It offers °C/°F selection, is induction compatible and switches off automatically after 15 minutes.
