Digital refractometer 0–95% Brix

This digital refractometer quickly measures the sugar concentration of a liquid, expressed in % Brix, as well as its refractive index. Its wide measuring range of 0 to 95% Brix is particularly suitable for checking fruit juices, syrups, jams, compotes, honey and other food preparations.
Simply place 3 to 5 drops of the sample on the measuring area and close the cover plate. The result is displayed in approximately 3 seconds. Automatic temperature compensation contributes to reliable measurements when the sample temperature varies.
The digital display simultaneously shows the value in % Brix, the refractive index and the temperature. The instrument features zero-point calibration using pure water and an IP65 protection rating. It operates with two supplied AAA batteries and comes with the accessories required for its use and maintenance.
