Probe Thermometer

This digital thermometer with stainless steel probe, suitable for both individuals and professionals, allows you to measure the core temperature of food and control the cold chain. Its wide measurement range, from -50 to +300 °C, is particularly suitable for cooking meats, preparing chocolate, caramel and jams, as well as for temperature controls upon receipt or during the HACCP process.
Compact and lightweight, it is equipped with a 105 mm stainless steel penetration probe and a protective sleeve with clip for easy storage and transport. It allows you to choose between °C and °F units, is induction compatible and has an automatic shutdown after 15 minutes.
