3. Data recipients
Your data is intended for STIL’s sales, marketing and after-sales departments. It may also be disclosed, strictly within the limits of their assignments, to the following providers, acting as processors or as controllers:

- EcloLINK (France) – website design, technical maintenance and development;
- Google Ireland Limited – audience measurement (Google Analytics), advertising (Google Ads), form security (reCAPTCHA), map display (Google Maps) and web fonts (Google Fonts).
Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Data collected through the Google services mentioned above may be transferred to the United States. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, supplemented where applicable by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Apart from these cases, your data is hosted and processed within the European Union.
5. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over data concerning you:
- Right of access: obtaining confirmation that your data is being processed and receiving a copy of it;
- Right to rectification: having inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- Right to erasure: requesting deletion of your data, in the cases provided for by the regulation;
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to object at any time, and without having to give reasons in the case of commercial prospecting;
- Right to data portability for the data you have provided to us;
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on it. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand;
- Right to issue directives regarding what happens to your data after your death.

No supporting document is required as a matter of principle. Should we have reasonable doubt about your identity, we may ask you for the additional information strictly necessary to confirm it.
We will reply within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by a further two months where the request is complex or where requests are numerous; you will then be informed within the initial one-month period.
6. Complaints
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL):

7. Security
STIL implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or access: encrypted HTTPS transmission, access restricted to authorised staff, hosting within the European Union, regular backups and security updates.
Cookies and trackers
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on and read from your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. Depending on its purpose, it allows the website to function properly, remembers your preferences, measures audience or delivers advertising content. 3. Your consent
With the exception of trackers strictly necessary for the website to operate, no tracker is placed on your device without your prior agreement. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and refusal does not prevent you from browsing the website.
Your choices are kept for 6 months. After that period, the banner is shown to you again.
